John Lennon and Yoko Ono's 1969 road trip that almonst ended in disaster - In the summer of 1969, John and Yoko went on a motoring holiday to Wales and Scotland. They also had a stop in Liverpool and this was the last time that Lennon would visit his birth City. The Wales leg of the trip passed without incident but the same cannot be said of the Scotland leg of the trip.
In this video I visit the small town of Towyn in Gwynedd (Wales) where the couple stayed during the Welsh leg of their Holiday.
