Room for Discussion has teamed up with Uva Radio to present our first ever podcast, with John Kay. John Kay is a renowned British economist and an expert in the field of business economics. He has worked in the past with think tanks, academics, investment companies, consultancies, and journalists, and has been a regular contributor to the Financial Times for 20 years.
His most recent book, co-authored with Mervyn King, is called “Radical Uncertainty”. The book challenges the hegemony of statistical probabilities in economics, advocating for a shift towards narratives and stories as means to deal with unknowable uncertainties.
