A Martyr ceremony was held for Canadian volunteer YPG fighter John Robert Gallagher, nom de guerre Gabar Rojava, in the Rojava city of Derik.
Gallagher, 32 years old, was martyred around the village of Dalho, in the Hawl area, east of Hasakah City, while battling ISIS.
Gallagher's coffin is currently on its way back to Canada.
