Today's adventure brings us to Crown Point, Indiana to see the old sheriff's house and jail where John Dillinger escaped from on March 3, 1934.

John Dillenger was brought here after robbing a bank in East Chicago, Indiana where officer Patrick O'Malley was killed in a shoot out. In the end Dillinger's theft of sheriff's Lillian Holly's car is what made him a target of the FBI, since he drove the car over the Indiana/Illinois state line.
