The creators of John Blanche's En Garde- Vanguard are very pleased to announce that the Kickstarter campaign will be launched and go live on May 1, 2026.
Set in the baroque, macabre and opulent sea-faring city of Therae, John Blanche's En Garde is a new low fantasy setting created by visionary artist, John Blanche. A place where the World's finest and most cunning sword and pistol masters congregate to determine who is the greatest duelist living, and undead. This Kickstarter allows backers to collect various named characters who populate this new world of duels and danger!
Rendered in exquisite 54mm scale, perfect for hobbyists and collectors, and ideal for one versus one miniature combat, each John Blanche's En Garde - Vanguard miniature is a living portrait of John Blanche’s singular vision for his new world. The miniatures have all been sculpted traditionally by world class sculptors, Paul Hicks and Patrick Masson, based on brand new art from John Blanche and Thomas Elliott. The sculpting work has been completed, the molds have all been created and casting is ready to be done. We just need your pledges and orders.
