Welcome back to Fightopia. Joe Rogan is no doubt a fight enthusiast. He enjoys combat in comparison to other sports. The UFC commentator is himself trained in jiu-jitsu and kickboxing. He even competed in the early days and found some success. Hence, it wouldn’t be surprising to know that he prefers combat sports over other sports.
The Joe Rogan Experience’ podcaster once even spoke about how MMA wasn’t really that big back then and people didn’t have a good reaction when he talked about it. “I was talking to people at work and they would act like I was doing po*n,” he said, as per ‘SI’. Rogan had to travel to rural places to continue with his UFC gig in the early days. Since he was losing money because of it, he decided to quit. However, he returned to the promotion once again, and it’s only been uphill since then. But Rogan feels it was his luck.
