My heart hurts everytime I watch every single version of this couple, because damn, they're so meant to be, why they couldn't end up together! Why Jo had to rejected him, I didn't understand her choice when I was a kid, and I can't understand it even now. It's still an open scar, even after all this years... I mean, I get it that Jo is a free spirit, the rebel sister, the indipendent one but... she ended up marrying someone else so much older than her, eventually... So what's the point? And the saddest thing is that Laurie end up with Amy, the sister I couldn't never stand, the egocentric annoying little bitch. Ugh, why my otps are painful, why they can't just be together and be happy, why they had to make me suffer so much!
