The 'Vocalese' album is the result of months of collaboration and bridging continents, with the wonderfully talented Lara, who happens to live in beautiful Spain. It was a pleasant surprise when she agreed to take the lead in creating the video for 'The Window,' and she brought her friends along to shoot it in the in the gorgeous Spanish countryside. Furthermore, “The Window” is a special piece that shares Lara’s personal story in an abstract manner. In her own words:
"The Window" has one of those timeless melodies that holds a deeper connection. It's like stepping back in time and seeing my younger self playing the piano through my old house's window. My dad is there with me, as vivid as he ever was. It feels just like coming home.
I must say, Lara is not only an amazing singer but also has great presence in front of the camera. I hope you enjoy the first part, and stay tuned for the second part coming soon.
