In this video I go through some of the basic options to get JMRI to manage car forwarding on a model railroad.
We take a look at downloading the software from jmri.org setting up the software, adding locations, routes, trains, and cars, then building and moving some trains. Finally, we discuss some of the common issues and challenges newcomers may face when first using the software.
