This is Jinx, basically the ringleader and main antagonist of the WereForce series, and she's also the one who turned the gang into werebeast heroes, even though she was hoping that they'd be evil, but of course they didn't. She's a demon and the so-called "Princess of Darkness." (At least, that's her nickname.)
