It features him providing the voices of three characters of his having a conversation with each other: Darkwing Duck, Bonkers the Bobcat, and Lucky Piquel. Darkwing wants to make police officer Bonkers his crimefighting partner, but he's reluctant to go because of his loyalty to his 'pal' Lucky.
