Shake it up for Pride Month with our Maggid Jhos! Follow along as he creates "The Pink Triangle", a rich and multilayered cocktail much like the history it symbolizes 🏳️‍🌈💙

🍸 Equipment
Boston shaker
Muddler
Cocktail strainer
Tea strainer
Jigger
Serving glass

🍉 Ingredients
4 pieces seedless watermelon cubes
1 oz of Velvet Falernum
2 oz of Floral Gin
1 quarter of a fresh lime
Ice

👏 Instructions
Add watermelon, lime, and Velvet Falernum to the mixing half of a Boston Shaker. Muddle slowly to extract the juice from the watermelon and lime.

Add gin and ice, cap with the other half of the shaker, and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds, until the drink is icy cold.

Using a Hawthorne strainer and small sieve (such as a tea strainer), double strain into a martini glass (a Y shaped glass)

Garnish with a 1/4-inch-thick triangular slice of watermelon heart
