jevil is a short imp jester, brought to being in the dark world from a joker playing card. used to work as the court jester in card kingdom. one day, however, jevil encountered a "strange someone," and eventually he started viewing the world as a game. because of this, he was locked away underneath card castle. jevil, however, sees himself as the only free one, that he can do anything and his little cell is true freedom. after kris uses the key to jevil's cell, he engages the party in intense combat, laughing madly as he babbles about chaos. it is also implied that he was in a romantic relationship with spamton g spamton. you won’t convince me that it didn’t happen.
bill cipher is the main antagonist of gravity falls. he was a triangular inter-dimensional demon, formerly existent only in the mindscape before succeeding in gaining access to the real world. he had been running amok in gravity falls, oregon since being summoned by stanford pines over thirty years ago and was also known for his mysterious demeanor and sadistic humor. he manipulates people by making deals with them, using their ego and pride to get closer to total worldwide weirdness, and ultimately, destruction. his side of the deal allows him to enter the mind of whoever shakes his hand, as he doesn’t exist in the tangible world… yet.
