While Tesla may be showing off a Roadster that can get off the ground briefly, the folks at Jetson have passed another milestone with their first Jetson One delivery in Europe. The company, based in Italy, was founded back in 2017… aims to change the way we travel. For now…the Jetson One can only be flown under FAA Ultralight Regulations in uncongested, open areas in the U.S. without the need for a pilot certificate. CEO Stephan D’hane says flying is simplified..
“We have a single joy stick on the right side that’s a four axis, so it goes as simple as moving the stick forward and the Jetson will fly forward and backwards the same.”
For now..it is for hobbyists and fun…but in the future the company envisions becoming a versatile means of transportation.
