JET's transition into the repurposing and decommissioning programme is not just about the end of plasma science operations. It also marks the start of a new chapter of how UKAEA operates as an organisation, not least in how we develop the talented, diverse people needed to deliver fusion energy. Chief Operating Officer, Justin Kingsford, and Executive Director, Joe Milnes, explain more in this film.
