Learn Jetpack Compose in Android. Learn how to create a simple quotes app. In this video, we will design the composables required to create this app. Here we have used different modifiers and composables to achieve the required design. Rotate Modifier is used to rotate the composable. You can use this to rotate any composable. We have used this for an image that is rotated at 180 degrees. Image composable is overloaded, you can also pass vector icons to render vectors i.e. svg icons. We have material icons. By default jetpack compose comes with some default icons. To extend these icons i.e. to use all the material icons - we have to use the extended version of material ui icons. This is done by adding dependency.
We have used Gradients in Compose. Jetpack compose has built-in support to add gradients. Linear Gradients, Sweep Gradients, Radial Gradients can be added to any composable as a background by using the brush parameter of the background option in a modifer. Learn how to use these gradient by following this video.
Learn step by step on how to use these Composable functions along with the best practice. Everything is explained in Hindi (हिन्दी)
Topics covered -
1. Demo of Quotes App
2. Custom composable for List Item
3. Spacer Composable and Box Composable for Lines
4. Gradients in Composable examples.
