In this slightly technical video, I explore the relationship between the tail angle of a jet engine and how big a glare it can make in a camera.

Some objections to the "glare hiding a distant plane" hypotheses for the Gimbal and Tic-Tac videos say that the angle is too big for large glares to form, and that there should be more variation in size. I demonstrate that is not the case - using a flashlight.

Flashlights (and this video), of course, use visible light, not thermal radiation. But both are part of the electromagnetic spectrum, and both can create glare in their respective cameras. But that's probably a topic for another video.
