Let’s face it, we all have good days in the hobby and bad days. To be fair, this could have been much worse! Once in the air, he realized his air tank which operates the landing gear had leaked the air out and couldn’t retract, all he could do was fly slow steady circles until the fuel lowered some, making it easier to land. After a few laps, he came in, most likely heavier than he was used to. I’m sure he will have this jet flying again in no time. That took skill and awareness to bring it in how and when he did!
