There is a second of your life you have never thought about, and yet it may be the most important of all: the last one. What really happens at the moment of death? Sister Josefa Menéndez, a young Spanish nun who died at only thirty-three, wrote down what she said Jesus Himself revealed to her about that very instant — one single thing, but a decisive one, that can change a soul's eternity.
