Synopsis:

In a parched desert, Jesus encounters a starving calf and a desperate boy who drinks the last of his water. Following the trail of devastation, Jesus discovers a dried-up river blocked by a massive dam. Atop it stands Buffalo Neck, gleefully accepting a bribe while ignoring the suffering below. As protesters cry out, Jesus summons a storm from the heavens, shattering the dam and unleashing life-giving water to the villagers. Greed drowns, and hope flows again.
