Jesus' Triumphal entry is not the kingdom of God. Luke chapter 19 describes several key events in Jesus' final journey to Jerusalem. Scriptures considered include - Luke 19.1, Mark 1.1, Hebrews 2.3, Galatians 3.16, Galatians 3.27 – 29, I Corinthians 15.2, Romans 5.9-10, I Corinthians 15.51-54, Luke 1.31-35, Mark 11.10. It begins with the story of Zacchaeus, a tax collector who climbs a sycamore tree to see Jesus and is later welcomed into salvation. The chapter also includes the Parable of the Ten Minas, which teaches about stewardship and accountability. Jesus' entry into Jerusalem on a colt, celebrated by the crowds with praise, marks a pivotal moment, followed by His weeping over the city's future and His cleansing of the Temple, where He drives out the merchants and restores its purpose as a house of prayer.
