James Tabor | Jesus Final Week: Day Two--Temple Shutdown and Plot to Kill @JamesTaborVideos | Uploaded March 2024 | Updated October 2024, 19 hours ago.
In this short new series on "Jesus' Final Days, traditionally called "Holy Week," from Palm Sunday to Easter--I want to take a close look at our varied sources to sort out what we can say with some assurance why he was executed by the Romans. To whatever extent possible I would like to sort out the differences between theology and history--using our earliest account, that of the Gospel of Mark, as a beginning point.
You can download a PDF copy of Throockmorton's Gospel Parallels here:

You can also enroll in my course on the Gospel of Mark here--you work at your on pace, on-line, and I will be meeting with Mark students in a private Zoom meeting in April to deal with questions and answers and general discussion.
On-line Courses:

"Jesus & Dead Sea Scrolls”
