Standing diagonals open opposite hip to shoulder (and then both shoulders). When sitting, key is to keep pressing down on the sit bones and don't let the pelvis roll or rock as you open up the ribs and upper back (lower back stays put). Weight must be driving down through those to points at all times while arms and legs are manipulated. Be wary of leaning back too far and having weight shift BEHIND sit bones.
