Bible Film 3D Jerusalem Animation - Detailed Reconstructions for ZDF Production INRI, a Retelling of the Passion of Jesus Christ
The holy city and ancient metropolis of Jerusalem at the turn of the era.
In this trailer, we showcase the 3D animations and CGI visualizations of ancient Jerusalem during the time of Jesus that we created for the biblical TV documentary about the crucifixion and resurrection of Christ.
The virtual recreations are based in every detail on the latest archaeological excavation findings and scientific knowledge.
A central element is the elaborate 3D reconstruction of the Temple Mount with the Second Temple in Jerusalem, renovated by Herod the Great, one of the holiest sites in Judaism and the setting for important events of the Passion of Jesus. Further highly detailed 3D models show the Antonia Fortress as headquarters of the Roman occupying forces as well as the magnificent palace of Herod.
