I'll show you how to make Jerk Pork Jamaican style, and Sweet & Spicy Jerk Sauce, no wet marinade here, we'll make a dry Jerk rub, dust up some pork butt, fire it on the Yoder YS640S to pick up some nice smoke for a few hours, and then we'll hit it with our homemade Jerk Glaze that's gonna take it to the next level!
