Whether you're a yoga veteran in search of an active yoga routine, or you're new to yoga, Prenatal Vinyasa Yoga with Jennifer More gives you all the tools to make your pregnancy journey the best it can be. Prenatal Vinyasa Yoga actively prepares women for the marathon event of childbirth, while helping women discover the power and inner strength needed during this transformative period in their lives.
Jennifer found these empowering and strengthening qualities in the soft flow of Vinyasa Yoga. In her classes, she adapts Vinyasa Yoga for the unique needs of pregnant women, providing a system that works with your body without sacrificing the intensity necessary to prepare for childbirth. By learning to link your breath and movements in a constant flow, you'll get to know your pregnant body in a new and empowering way and increase your ability to work with your body during labor and childbirth, reducing the need for medical interventions.
You will need a blanket for this class; you may need a foam block.
Please watch the Prenatal Precautions video BEFORE practicing this class and read the prenatal precautions article that accompany it.
