Join the celebration for Jennifer Jenkins (J.D. '97 & A.M. '00), Clinical Professor of Law and Director of the Center for the Study of the Public Domain. Her new book Music Copyright, Creativity, and Culture (Oxford University Press, 2025: https://duke.is/v/bgyn) is an interdisciplinary introduction to the economics, history, and law that shape the music we love. The book is both innovative and readable, presenting its subject through case studies, timelines, and even excerpts from a graphic novel. James Boyle, William Neal Reynolds Distinguished Professor of Law, will moderate the discussion.

Co-sponsored by the Goodson Law Library and Office of the Dean.
