Art of Elysium founder Jennifer Howell who was very good friends with Witney Heard as well as being her boss, wrote a letter to Witney when she had received news that Amber wanted her sister to testify for her in the UK trial.

Howell was so concerned for her friend, that she reminded her of all the times she had spoken about Amber and how it was in fact conversations that differed wildly from the evidence Amber Heard wanted her sister to testify to. I read segments of the letter, which was not allowed in to evidence in the Virginia trial and which the jury never got to evaluate.
