Jennifer Hill was went missing October 19, 1973 and her body discovered 3.7 miles away in a cornfield, nine days later. A 19 year-old man, Kim Hubbard was arrested, convicted and served out his 10-20 year sentence. Hubbard and his supporters believe he was framed by the PA State Police and other officials.
