A fun way to serve up plain and boring Jello! Layers of Berry Blue Jello and Cool-Whip made to look like clouds in the sky. Couldn't be easier!
What you'll need:
2 (3oz) pkgs Berry Blue Jello
1-2 cups Cool-Whip whipped topping*, thawed
Make up the Jello according to package directions. Let set up completely in the refrigerator. When firm, scrape and break up the Jello with a fork into small pieces. In clear glass or plastic containers, layer spoonfuls of the Jello with dollops of Cool-Whip alternating side to side. Makes 4-5 (8oz) parfaits. Store in refrigerator for up to 3 days. Enjoy!
*you can also use whipped cream in place of the whipped topping.
