King Jehoram, son of Ahab and Jezebel, reigned over Israel after his brother Ahaziah's death. Though he was not as evil as his parents and even put away the altar of Baal, he still clung to the sins of Jeroboam, leading Israel into idolatry. Despite his rebellion, God showed grace by providing for Israel during a famine, yet Jehoram ultimately faced divine judgment when he was killed by Jehu, fulfilling the Lord’s prophecy.
