Yes, factory farming is far worse than the farm being described here, but there is still ultimately a moral issue: these animals are being bred, exploited, and killed for their flesh at a fraction of their natural lifespan.
Replace the yaks with dogs, and many people would lose their minds. Some animals are so oppressed that people can get away with “humane-washing” their exploitation and killing in this way with very little pushback from the average person.
