Last winter during all of the snowstorms the muffler became detached from the exhaust pipe. I ordered a replacement in march 2025 once the weather started to clear up (so I thought) and then it rained for like 90 days and 90 nights .... so I am just now getting around to installing the new exhaust on the 2011 jeep jku. I bought this complete exhaust system from amazon, delivered for $233 and it looks to fit multiple different jeep models. It took less than 2 hours to install start to finish and to be honest, because of the way the sections are done, it was probably the easiest exhaust I have ever installed (and I used to be a mechanic at several dealerships when I was younger - chrysler, ford, and gm in that order although to be honest, I mostly did drive-ability and automatic transmissions at ford, a little bit of everything at chrylser and gm)
So anyways, the quality of the exhaust kit was exceptional, everything fit except 1 pipe clamp without issues and the pipe clamp just needed some gentle persuasion with a hammer to fix it lol. This is a great exhaust at a great price considering you are getting everything from the catalytic converters to the exhaust exit pipe off the muffler and all clamps.
Tools & parts i used (you might not need all of these, just order what you need):
* originally I used a sawzall with a metal cutting blade but it was too slow - amzn.to/4ghJSFP & amzn.to/45XaIj8
* I switched to a grinder and ground through the clamp near the cat converter because the clamp bolt nut was facing upward and couldn't get a wrench on it (if I had a cutting torch, I would have used it but I don't, well I do but tanks are empty lol) - amzn.to/3VbzuWw
* pb blaster on the rubber hangers to soften & free them up and the cat converter pipe connection too once loosened up - amzn.to/4gjiDKV
* pipe hanger tool - amzn.to/3I7B2xW
* crosspeen hammer (any hammer will work, deadblow would be best to remove clamp I ground through) - amzn.to/3VbCDpe
* chisel (to remove clamp I ground through) - amzn.to/4m6CsXf
* 14 mm socket for the new clamp nuts - amzn.to/461Oc8I
* battery powered impact wrench to tighten the nuts up (you could use a regular wrench or wratchet but time is money) - amzn.to/3VJPZJy
* 6 ton jackstands for lifted jeeps (higher height - supports frame so you can lower rear differential and get more clearance to remove factory pipe) - amzn.to/4grSHgw
* floor jack (to lift jeep under differential to remove factory exhaust pipe) - amzn.to/4phwG85
