Morning Court room update: USA V FBI Agent Asatrita:
Shocking testimony today from FBI/HRT Supervisor and active Special Ops Military agent ‘BM’ (they have concealed his name for his privacy🤢)...
This could throw the entire case!!! and not one main stream outlet is reporting this part of today's testimony. In fact they are hiding it.
DIRECT:
"Did you fire those two shots?"
BM: "It's possible but extremely unlikely..."
(BM is the FBI supervisor/HRT/active Special Ops military)
CROSS examination:
"You said it was possible you shot 4 and 5. Why did you say its possible?"
BM: "It's possible I fired without knowing."
lots of questions about training, sniper training, hand to hand combat ect..many years of firing multiple shots in multiple situations.
REDIRECT: back to the photos, asking the direct location of agent BM:
"You said it's possible you fired the shots in question, have you ever fired a round without knowing it?
BM: "I dont think so."

For some reason Maxine tweated an opposing statement from 2 other court room witnesses regarding what Agent BM testified to:
Maxine Bernstein
Did you fire one of the 2 disputed shots?
‘No sir I did not,” Agent BM said"
"BM - a tall thin man with salt-and-pepper beard who looks more like a college prof than an FBI agent - has been with FBI about 12 years. Said he noticed a spent shell casing at scene - didn’t alert anyone to mark it or pick it up, he said." Quoted above from Maxine's tweet.

What gives??? Multiple eye witnesses have quoted the statements and said his first reply prompted 20 min of questions about the possibility of him being the shooter. They will not just delete 20 min of conversations from the record. Why is Maxine presenting a false story?
More narrative from witnesses about the 20 min of discussion with FBI Agent BM from both sides:
Supervisor Agent BM (FBI/HRT AND special Ops ACTIVE military) provided enough reasonable doubt for Astarita and he will likely walk. Supervisor/Agent BM stated for all he knows he himself fired the shots in question. He said he doesn't remember if he unloaded or reloaded and that the entire day was chaotic and since he's fired thousands of rounds its not something he remembers. He said it could have been him who fired but he can't remember. He said its highly unlikely but possible. This is enough reasonable doubt that no jury can justifiably hold those shots to Astarita, IMO.
FBI Agent Neidargt took the stand just before lunch. He is the one who jumped in front of LaVoy's truck just before he hit the snow bank. He was asked if that was wise to jump infront of LaVoy's truck instead of staying behind the vehicles, “in hindsight, No that was not wise of me.”
The officer in the tree line who was holding a long taser and we originally thought shot LaVoy, was OSP officer Joe Pollard. He may have tased LaVoy just before he went down, I do not know for sure yet.
Officer 1 (assassin) is very close at the scene to supervisor BM and to Agent Astarita...... so it appears Agent BM is now teaming up with Agent Astarita to pin this on the assassin and make sure Astarita walks. It makes sense why they are all lying, because they want to continue to say they only killed LaVoy because he reached for a gun
