the actual sequel to my other video of otterfur, just like you! tysm for 100k on that by the way im so so thankful for all the support and interest in my story!! hopefully this follow up will interest all of you!!

story:
WHEW a lil complicated but bear with me. this is the continuation to the just like you meme as i said, but it follows the focal point of someone else instead, sootstar. it would help to know the context of the other video's story to keep up with this one, so i advise reading that description
BASICALLY without rambling on too much, otterfur delivers silksong and spidersight's fake prophecies unknowingly bc they cant connect with the ancestors and think that the twins can. one of these prophecies is about sootcreek and their sister, cinderstream, who are told from the prophecy that they are destined to be leaders together and save their colony from tragedy.
sootcreek feels immense pressure from this prophecy, feeling more comfortable in the shadows where they can't be seen. now that so much is expected of her, she doesn't wanna show how afraid she is of the responsibility to her sister, who is taking the news very well, or otterfur, who just thinks that shes super cool.

TIME SKIP so otterfur is dead and the leader of the flooded waters is dead (she was deputy) so sootcreek is off to get the ancestor's blessing at the star pool and after the ceremony they see otterfur in the crowd and track them down to interrogate them.
after otterfur died, silk and spider framed them for the murder of the deputy of the flooded waters and several of their fake prophecies. so sootcreek has no choice but to believe that otterfur is the reason behind her life being ruined.
otter just kinda takes it at first, they already feel so guilty that they were so blind to silk and spider's manipulation. eventually they break and finally admit that it wasn't their fault, crying out and sobbing about everything that's been done to them. sootcreek, now knowing who the true enemy is, forgives otterfur and promises to clear their name.

tl;dr, soot is wrongfully angry at otter for the fake prophecy about them
