完全上級者向けです。
全楽器共通。
ここでは分かり易くブルースを使用。
2、4拍目に足踏んでます。
まずは是非、ご自身でカウント取りながら聴いてみてください。
キープが難しく感じるかもしれません。

はじめの内はメトロノーム使って同時に踏んでください。
その上で限界にチャレンジ！！
崩せるだけ崩しましょう！！
はじめは足キープ出来ないかもですがコツコツ頑張ってくださいね。
