About Jayesh Parekh:
Jayesh Parekh is the managing partner of Good Protein Fund, a venture capital fund in Singapore that invests worldwide in Alternative Protein companies. With over 12 years in sales at IBM in Houston and Singapore, he was part of the team that brought IBM back to India. Jayesh holds a Bachelor's degree from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. An IIT Kgp and IIM Calcutta dropout, Jayesh is also a Co-founder of Sony Entertainment Television, a major Indian television network of Sony, from which he exited in 2013.
