Excerpt from a CityCast interview with Jay Fox, in which he is asked (very politely!) about the Rio Grande Plan. Obviously, the Rio Grande Plan is a very big project, and it is up to more than the operations manager of UTA to make decisions to support the plan or not. We at Via Rio Grande support Jay, and we appriciate everything he has done and is doing to make UTA the best public transit system in the west!
