The Javabot holds “green” beans in a series of storage towers then pneumatically whooshes the beans into the roaster through clear tubes. Once roasted, the beans are flown back into the towers for de-gassing, allowing flavors to mature. Then your custom order is ground and brewed at the peak of freshness for the perfect cup.
