This was the second melody I finished in 2010. I wanted to build on the musical style I was exploring in Melody No. 1, while incorporating my own musical ideas that I was developing. A number of the themes that appear in Melody No. 3 appear in future melodies (No.6, No.7, No.11). This was also the first melody over 2 minutes (2:38).

On my 6 July stream (streamed on Twitch), we worked on the Yak Track with some chill Woodcutting and discussion, then some shop runs, before deciding to do Abyss Runecrafting.
Our plan was to do 1hr of Abyss, but this wasnt any regular hour of Runecrafting...
