Batman! Comics! It’s been a while.
To be honest I don’t know a *whole lot* about Jason Todd, but he's great and this song brought him to mind the other day soooo, here’s an edit! I’m really thrilled with how everything turned out. I was going for an ‘old-school comics’ sorta color palette, which I love the result of, and had lots of fun with the text and stylization. I hope you enjoy this one! :)

Sooo, my friend and I had some silly fun challenging each other to a vidding exercise that I hereby dub the i dont even go here challenge 😂 BASICALLY, we both made a 50 second edit to shows that the OTHER one watches but the one editing has NEVER SEEN. I went into this not having watched the series, never having heard a SUMMARY of it, not speaking a word of Korean (we chose foreign shows to keep everything more of a mystery while editing haha) and not knowing who the main characters even were. With a lot of skimming and thinking I actually managed to correctly guess like 95% of the plot haha! Which impressed my friend a lot xD She said the vibes on this edit turned out quite good, though I myself have no way of knowing haha. That said, I am actually quite proud of this from an editing standpoint especially considering the constraints—and it was definitely an interesting challenge!

She had some context about the series to work from because Ive rattled on about the series to her a lot, but she kept incorrectly guessing who most of the characters were which was hilarious. We both took notes on things each other said while editing, which well include in the descriptions here. Sooo, heres some of the things I said while editing that she transcribed!
Ep. 1

— he visits prisons. maybe hes a lawyer?
—are you murdering a fly???
—the glasses guy reminds me of clock king

—now hes gardening. hes planting dead bodies.
—its like Walter and Jessie but if Walter were Clock King.
—i want more of the younger guy, hes pretty
—theyre a mob... or a cult
—hes like Will Graham but without the superpowers
—thats the most fake looking GPS Ive ever seen
—theyre going to a secret base where people are... having soup? no, its illegal gambling
—why are they staring at this porta-potty? theres gotta be a secret elevator in there
—thats either the smiles of two shippable characters, or an uncle reuniting with his nephew and now theyre bonding

—he has a kid... unless its his sisters kid
—why does he keep stealing toilet paper? or is that like is calling sign? thats a weird power move
—if you didnt always sneak in places you wouldnt be worried about getting caught

—are they juicing fingers for cannibal wine?? or is the bucket because theyre clean freaks?
—the assassin has anger issues
—maybe he used to be an athlete then became an assassin after his baseball career bombed

—someone died next to their lunch? nevermind theyre sleeping
—maybe hes secretly working WITH the mob but got drawn into it, but now hes mad someones dead
—if he [brother] is in the family photo, that probably means the nephew route is correct
—now that his mom died hes acting like a villain

—hes inheriting anger issues from the other guy
—hes gonna get on his Hannibal good side but then turn him in to the police

—but its not like Ill turn myself in I dont care THAT much
—its a straight up murder house

—oh he framed him. if you can call it that when he did just kill a bunch of people
