Jason Mauck returns to talk about what happened to his failed company Musee Meats. He talks openly about drunk inspectors, idiotic regulations and why the food system is not kind to local and niche producers.

Jason also discusses his unique form of agriculture called "Polycropping" a system where you plant two crops side by side to maximize the use of sunlight and rain.

For new viewers, he is a farmer and the CEO of Constant Canopy, a company that brings together innovation from agriculture, energy, and technology to create products to feed, power, and sustain our finite natural resources for generations to come.

In this episode, we talk in depth about "polycropping." Specifically the potential benefits and pitfalls in this system. We also talk about succession and how future generations are setup for success or failure.

We discuss @AdvancingEcoAgriculture 's John Kempf and @TheStockCropper run by Zack Smith. an amazing conversation about crushing government regulations
