In isolation, you might think I was being a little heavy on him, but you only have to view the 'Atheism Examined' channel (or 'the Jason Burns Archive Channel') to see what Jason is really like.
But Jason isn't just a street preacher.
He's a liar, thief, bigot and racist.
He makes slanderous videos, accusing atheists of being evil, without morality, liars, uneducated, drug/drink abusers, hackers, fanatics, Moral Anarchists, insane, human rights abusers, Worship The Devil and compares atheism to natzism... and these are just titles for his videos.
Video titles like "Donkey Sex And Atheism by Jason Burns" speak volumes.
But, if you call Jason out on his assertions, he claims that he's being cyberbullies.
Recently he called a good friend (and Catholic) a 'stalker'.... which resulted in her son being beaten up.
Rather than accept responsibility, he said he didn't want anything to do with it, and he wouldn't accept it on face value without seeing the police report.

I think this is despicable!
It's important to realise, I don't have contempt for Jason for the religion he believes in (or any other Christian, Muslim, Jewish, etc) .... it's the actions of a person I judge them on!
As for the law... filming in public is perfectly legal in the UK.
There is no expectation of privacy in a public space.
