Jared Leto has responded publicly for the first time to claims made by 10 women in a new BBC documentary, denying the allegations in full and calling them absolutely and categorically false.
The film, "Jared Leto: Hollywood's Dark Secret," was released on BBC Three on Wednesday, July 29, 2026. Nine of the 10 women in it are speaking publicly for the first time. Four describe alleged misconduct they say took place when they were teenagers, with all alleged incidents dated between 2002 and 2016. The BBC says it corroborated several accounts with friends and family members who were told at the time, and that it reviewed photographs, messages, and a non-disclosure agreement one woman says she refused to sign.
