Udon Shin, the popular noodle house from Japan with hour-long queues, is finally open in Singapore. For those unfamiliar, Udon Shin opened in 2011 in Shibuya, Tokyo, specializing in freshly made udon noodles served hot or chilled. While the Tokyo joint has only 12 seats, the restaurant in Singapore seats up to 60 people. And yes – the signature carbonara udon with tempura bacon is sold here too.
