On 10 July, Rodrigo Rodríguez performed at CaixaForum Palma as part of the Microconcerts series. During the concert, he presented Tsuru no Sugomori (The Nesting of Cranes), one of the most celebrated works in the traditional honkyoku repertoire for the Japanese shakuhachi. The performance follows the renowned interpretation and arrangement by his teacher, Kohachiro Miyata, first presented in 1973.
