In the second line of the second-to-last verse, the number of mora is 8, not 7.
So the correct count is:
５　つくろうヨ
８　ほたるのすみよい
５　あいかわを
Unlike the second-to-last verse, this one's second line cannot be fixed.


All hiragana, including small つ, ん, きゃ and long vowel have one mora each, the same length.

About Haiku:
Japanese haiku is rather difficult to write.
It has to contain one seasonal word, 季語（きご） in a haiku.
You can't have two seasonal words, but one.
