Was fan art really banned at Japan Expo
Looks like during Japan Expo they took artist artwork because they were selling fan art. When looking into it more im not surprise they took down their art especially because it was pokemon. I know a lot of artist make pokemon art. Nintendo and pokemon are notorious to go after artist that's why I personally do make a lot art base on those two.
If you sell prints, attend anime conventions, or are thinking about becoming an Artist Alley vendor, this is a discussion you won't want to miss.
