There are some who will say there is no such thing as a "safety culture". Me? I like to say "culture of safety", as I believe every organization has a culture. Look at societies around the world and tell me they are not different in their values and behaviors. That is their CULTURE!
This video is what we seek to achieve in our workplaces. When someone stumbles or falls, others come to their aid to help and lift that person(s) up.
