Japanese rock paper scissors arcade game from DataEast.
It has unique controls, you hold a joystick that has 2 buttons on the back. If you hold both buttons it makes rock, if you hold only the bottom button it makes scissors and if you do not hold any buttons it makes paper.
Game option - 2 minutes game.
Character designer is Akio Watanabe, also known as Poyoyon♥Rock (ぽよよん♥ろっく ). He is mostly known for his work as a character designer on Monogatari series.
